In terms of missing players, Inter come into this match in Rotterdam missing some important names. The injury list for Feyenoord however appears to be longer. Van Bronckhorst will be forced to pick from an under strength backline which includes Thuram and Esposito as well as being without St. Juste, Moder, Bos, Nieuwkoop and Smal. Feyenoord still have to achieve their first Champions League clean sheet after shipping eight goals in three group stage matches.

Inter has injuries as well. Martinez is out due to injury, and Bastoni was banned by the Italian authorities from playing.
